Initial consultations and office procedures are generally conducted in her private consulting suite adjacent to the Epworth Hospital in Richmond, Victoria Australia. She also operates in the Melbourne CBD and South Yarra. Web-based consultations can also be arranged.
You can self-refer to Olivia if you are at least 18 years old and seeking restoration, correction or improvement in the shape or appearance of your eyelids defective or damaged at birth or by injury, disease, growth or development, for either functional or psychological reasons.
Examples include:
- Removal of excess eyelid skin and/or fat
- Removal of the appearance of bags and puffiness under the eyes
- Tightening loose or sagging eyelid skin
- Correction of droopy eyelids
- Improvement in eyelid symmetry
- Reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles
- Create a more youthful and refreshed appearance
- Improve field of vision if obstructed by drooping eyelids
- Relief from discomfort caused by excess eyelid skin and/or fat
- Correction of ectropion (outward turning of the eyelid) or entropion (inward turning of the eyelid)
We understand times are tough financially and are open to the possibility of all payment options available including TLC and Zip Pay. Inquire directly re your preferred option or to find out more about the current options about which we are aware and/or have set up.
Refund/Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of 10% of the cost of the service is required for a booking, with the remainder due in advance. No cancellation fee is applicable if the booking needs to be postponed. No cancellation fee is applicable for bookings cancelled more than 3 business days prior to the booking. A cancellation fee of a further 10% of the cost of the service is applicable if a booked service is cancelled within 3 business days.
