Once your initial processing fee (£4.99 or currency equivalent) has been received you will be allocated an anonymous patient ID number and be requested to complete a health questionnaire. You will receive instructions about how to submit it and register with Olivia.

If you require prescription medication please note that not all medications are available in all countries. Furthermore, some prescriptions require additional information or permissions. Depending on where you are travelling you may also need to be issued with a special medical certificate in order to carry the medication with you for the remainder of your journey.

Olivia will process your case as quickly as possible (usually within 24 hours). However, processing may take longer, and/or may require her to discuss some details with your usual family doctor ('General Practioner' (GP)) or you directly. In rare instances, it may not be possible or appropriate for Olivia to help you further.

Once your case has been processed you will receive your care plan and quote for further care.

Olivia believes the relationship between patient and doctor should be as simple as possible. This includes minimising bank charges by offering patients the option to pay be direct bank transfer in currency of choice as well as 'pay later' and other options.
